Eating well and understanding the food you are putting into your body is a lot more important than physical exercise. Your will not be able to optimise your training if your nutritional absorption is not optimised.

I recently bought some instant noodles for workers under my charge, and was tempted to have some myself, after not having any instant noodles for over a decade. Mee Sedaap has always been my favorite, together with Maggi chicken flavor.

But I abandoned the thought after scanning the bar code with MyFitnessPal.

Imagine you have 2 packets of this for breakfast, then have your lunch and dinner too.

That'd easily put you over 3,000 kcal, and give you crazy cravings due to the high sodium and carb content.

I have been putting off trying this move for a long time due to my bad right shoulder. I was worried my shoulder would hurt or even get injured if I attempt this move.

When I finally decided to do it, it was surprisingly easy, and my shoulder did not hurt at all.

Often times, the limitation that's preventing us from achieving something exist only in our mind.
