You start by stressing about a minor issue, like a small mistake at work, and suddenly your mind is racing with fears about job security, your reputation, and even your future career.

Worries often stem from negative thoughts and can set off a chain reaction of anxiety. What starts as a small concern can snowball into overwhelming stress, making you feel like you're trapped in a cycle of negativity.

When we fixate on worries, we focus on what might go wrong rather than how to address the issue, making problems seem larger than they are.

How to Break the Cycle:
🌿Recognize the Pattern:
Notice when you're spiraling into worry and remember these are just thoughts.

🌿Challenge Your Worries:
Check if your fears are based on facts or worst-case scenarios.

🌿Shift Focus:
Focus on solutions and positive actions instead of potential problems.

🌿Practice Mindfulness:
Use deep breathing or meditation to calm your mind.

Remember, it's natural to have worries due to our brain's tendency to focus on potential threats, but letting them control your mind can amplify stress and anxiety.

If you find that your worry and rumination are getting out of control, and it's impacting your daily life, and this is how your are right now, reach out to me! I am a certified Hypnotherapist to help you through the process. This involves Subconscious Change-work that helps uncovering the root causes of your negative thinking patterns, providing tools to manage stress and anxiety more effectively.

Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. With the right support, you can achieve a more balanced and peaceful state of mind.

When you feel anger is rising,
the first step is to PAUSE.
This brief moment of stillness is crucial. It interrupts the automatic reaction and allows you to regain control.

Then....
Begin taking few deep and slow breaths.

Take a Moment to focus entirely on the here and now....and engage with your surrounding using your Five Senses:

See what you can see
Hear what you can hear
Smell what you can smell
Touch what you can touch
Taste what you can taste

By following these steps, you shift your focus away from the source of your anger and immerse yourself in the present moment.

This practice not only helps to calm your mind but also reduces the intensity of your anger, allowing you to respond more thoughtfully and calmly.

However, if you find that your anger is overwhelming or persistent, it might be a sign that you need additional support. Chronic anger can significantly impact your well-being and relationships.

If this is how your are right now, reach out to me! I am a certified Hypnotherapist to help you through the process. This involves Subconscious Change-work that helps uncovering the root causes of your anger and giving you effective coping strategies.

Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. With the right support, you can achieve a more balanced and peaceful state of mind.
