Sakit dada → rasa ditekan, dihimpit, berat, panas, atau pedih ulu hati (biasanya lebih 10 minit, datang dan pergi).

1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold).
2. Apply soap and lather well.
3. Rub your hands together – make sure to scrub the back of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
4. Scrub for at least 20 seconds (you can hum a short song to keep time).
5. Rinse thoroughly under clean, running water.
6. Dry your hands with a clean towel or air dry them.
