I also include essential oils in my routine such as Transformation, Believe, Valor, Highest Potential and Motivation which I diffuse in the morning or apply every now and then on my wrist and back of neck.
1. LET GO OF LIMITING BELIEF - let go of untrue thoughts we have about ourself to able to push forward and find the person we really are.
2. TURN YOUR ‘SHOULDS’ INTO ‘MUST’ - get out of comfort zone, take risks and fail; yes so that we can get back up again and succeed, not regretting
3. AMPLIFY YOUR STRENGTH - use our strength to crush through all the obstacles in our path
4. DEVELOP A GROWTH MINDSET - focus on how we can improve and take action to get there.
5. PRIORITIZE OUTCOMES - make measurable goals
6. THROW OUT EXPECTATIONS - our vision is our to believe and not others.
7. BE WILLING TO SHED YOUR OLD IDENTITY - resist the urge to cling to the familiar and embrace can-do attitude
8. TAME YOUR FEAR - Identify what we’re afraid, write it down an alternative explanation that’s less scary; it’ll help us to become less anxious.
9. CREATE EMPOWERING RITUALS - develop habits to put ourself in an empowered state which includes practicing gratitude everyday, eating healthy and exercising.
10. HAVE COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF - practice self love, always remember to check any negative self-talk and replace with empowering words.
11. MANAGE YOURSELF EFFECTIVELY - it’ll help us free from stress, steer us to an ideal self and relieves us of other’s expections
12. STAY POSITIVE - look at obstacles as opportunities instead of defeats
13. GIVE BACK - we feel a greater sense of gratitude and abundance in our own lives eg volunteering
