Women’s Health Seminar, 14th June 2025

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Seri Suniza for joining us and sharing valuable insights during the Women’s Health Seminar. Her session sparked many important questions, especially from the medical perspective.

Thanks to Puan Lily for moderating the session so gracefully. Special thanks to the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) for organising this impactful event. The session was fully booked, and many expressed interest to attend, such a great sign of growing awareness!

Participants shared how eye opening it was to discover that Women’s Health Physiotherapy is much more than just “Kegels”, it’s about personalized Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercises (PFME) and holistic care.

*Post-seminar, let’s all aim to use the term Pelvic Floor Muscles Exercise (PFME) more consistently to better reflect the clinical scope of our practice!
