Ada masa ramai, ada masa sikit Org nya But whatever it is, i am glad that i can still able to teach this programme as not many ZINs are currently teaching it.

P.S: the Fitness ctr Doesn't provide Toning sticks nor dumbbells. So participants are using weight plates instead. As an instructor Its crucial to improvise the Choreo due to the usage of weight plates. I do remind them to bring Their own dumbbells Or 2 small mineral water bottles though

Earlier this morning...my car drove out of parking...all was good. Didnt sensed anything wrong but right at toll Penchala, it started jerking (i was on D mode) but it went smooth after a while. Then at DUKE toll, i tested by changing to gear 1 (manual mode) jerking again. I drive As usual & changed gear 1-4 accordingly but can feel it wasn't smooth. I didn't dare to get to gear 5. Then, same thing again happened As in the video (i went to D mode again when i stopped). Excused My 'celoteh' there, i was shivering Because i don't want the car to stop Suddenly causing traffic chaos going up hill. Good thing was, not many cars at that hour. After my class, straight away i called the tow truck. So now my car is back at workshop. Yesterday Already went for major service Then today this happened 😩. The tow truck helped me dropped off
Near Berjaya Times sq So i walked to MRT Bkt Bintang to get back to my house but i still need to e-hail From MRT Mutiara Damansara.
Yes, NOW I HAVE NO CAR. I AM LOOKING FOR AFFORDABLE RENTAL CAR (manual also can) If you know any. Pls DM me 😣🙏🏻 i will need to rent a car until i can get my mom's car From kuantan.
