Winter solstice: spring lies at the end of winter, and home is at the end of every heart.
The Winter Solstice Festival symbolizes family reunion. Even if we don't experience the bitter cold of winter, during this time of the year, the family gathers to make tangyuan - carefully kneading dough balls with happiness and fulfillment, and enjoying a steaming bowl of sweet tangyuan soup - experiencing twice the happiness and warmth.

How I into bereavement service, in the beginning, is my life change journey. Before I into this business, I was in the fashion business and before that, I was in the mobile phone business. For both previous business is same in retail just selling different products. How I suddenly move to services business that not my expertise. Many would think I was crazy to become a ‘coffin guy’ （棺材佬。）
Before, we have spent much on the medication purpose that already having some financial issue.You know, for most of the elder, they are not covered by insurance. Some are too old to cover by & some are not trusted insurance company not as we do.
During the funeral, we are too worried about the fees & the arrangement. Till we having an argument among our family. What the most painful for me is because I was too young( in ranking) to giving advice or decision making. So the funeral had been simply arranged.
After the funeral, due to the bad & hasty arrangement, we found out many things that not done in proper way, some more the fees charges is expensive. The most heart-pinching moment is we notice that we can't redo anything again.
After all the incident I try looking for my friend who is working in Nirvana. I try to survey on the funeral ( who would do that?)
What makes me so surprise is Nirvana offer the price lower than my family get from the casket company. And he told me I can pre-plan it before bad things happening by paying instalment. I direct pre-plan it for myself & my family & i also ask to join the company to help more people prevent anything bad happen to them too.
Within this years I'm in the field, I was so happy that many clients of mine that appreciated what I was doing for them. The most unforgettable moment is some wealthy & powerful client hold my hand & said thanks, that luckily they have me to help all the arrangement & planning. The another touching moment is the deceased descendant bring back something handmade or home cook thing to me & said thanks me to what I do for their family.(some i also know them before the funeral & they can even know my name). This motivate me for all this year to serve & provide more to others
This is how i started the career & why my passion is to help others because I don't want something bad like me happens to the others.
