Bahan-Bahan:

⚡Telur 2 Biji
⚡Roti Wholegrain/ Roti Wholemeal Sekeping
⚡Serbuk Black Pepper secubit
⚡Parmesan Cheese/ Cheese sekeping
⚡Cili Padi 2 pcs
⚡Secubit Garam
⚡Unsalted Butter

Cara Masak:

👉 Bakar Roti
👉 Pecahkan telur, stir bersama black pepper, garam, cili padi.
👉 Panaskan kuali, letak unsalted butter, masukkan telur yang dah dicampur bahan tadi.
👉 Masukkan Cheese. Siap!

BOLEH MAKAN NASI KE NAK TURUNKAN BERAT?

Nasi tergolong dalam group KARBO, kita memerlukan dalam 50-60% dari kalori harian kita daripada karbohidrat. Jadi kalau tak ambik nasi pun, memang kita kena ambik karbo dari sumber lain.

Walaupun pengetahuan barat memang mengatakan nasi ni tak bagus, tapi kita orang Melayu dan itu memang makanan ruji kita. Tak perlu berhenti nasi terus. Instead, belajar pengambilan nasi yg lebih baik.

Dengan cara:

👍 sentiasa makan nasi ikut portion karbo sahaja tak perlu lebih. Dalam 1 genggam.
👍 makan nasi dengan protein dan sayur yg cukup
👍 KKM pon dah lama jalankan kempen suku suku separuh dan memang itu yg sebaiknya, lebih baik dari berhenti nasi serta merta.

FORGIVE YOURSELF! BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF!

No one can be harder on you than yourself. Consciously and wholeheartedly forgive yourself. Life is responding to how you see yourself and how you treat yourself.

Write a list every morning as many as you can of the things that you're grateful for!

Allah will reward you for showing Him this gratefulness:

"If your are grateful, I would certainly give you more and if you are ungrateful, My chastisement is truly severe."

From 2012 - 2021 (Now). From my humble experiences sepanjang 9 tahun 6 bulan melakukan business Herbalife Nutrition memang banyak membentuk karakter aku yang sekarang. I grow from the experiences. I met a lot of people, a lot of differences. Memang ada banyak cabaran, ups and down tu pasti cuma...

Bila ingat balik pengalaman tu sekarang, betul-betul buat aku sangat menikmati pengalaman tu. Dengan pengalaman tu lah aku belajar untuk lihat silap, pelajaran apa aku dapat dan paling penting sekali betulkan diri sendiri and move on with a better ATTITUDE. I enjoy the process.
