We had a great time mingling with the Aurob Rugby Community, taking our first step into the local sports scene.
💆‍♂ During the session, our experienced TCM physician, Alvin, were also on-site to assist athletes with sports-related injuries, offering acupuncture treatments to relieve pain and support injury recovery. It was a hands-on introduction to how Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can complement active lifestyles and athletic performance.
