8. Good teamwork is important to make the paper publishable.. especially on analyzing the data correctly and respond to the reviewers comments and arguements… so jangan ingat bila collecting data dah siap and antar to external examiners utk lepas master thesis paper to dah ready for publication… a lot more effort need to be done sista.

9. Persistance in trying your luck to publish the paper.. everytime the paper rejected, there will be a comment by the editor.. use it as a tool to improve in your future paper submission.

10. Allah dah tentukan setiap perjalanan ini… if berjaya atau tidak publish the paper always hargai setiap usaha dari segi masa, wang and intelectual creativity org yang cuba menulis paper tu… so sentiasa la bersyukur despite kene reject pun…ade la hikmahnye di kemudian hari cuma cepat atau lambert je…

Start writing from now as it needs passion and experience .

Alhamdullillah… managed to publish 2 papers related to PCOS in Frontier of Endocrinology (Q1 ;IF 5.5)

Since dah berjaya buat benda yang mustahil ni, so i share my experience how to published in Q1 journal

1. Cari journal yang potential to publish your paper - same theme, and responsive editor. I preferred frontier as it is formatless, ade dateline utk reviewer and author so paper u akan dinilai dengan cepat. Xde la tertungu2 beberapa bulan and suddenly rejected as the theme x kene.. Apo kono.

2. Try to read your journal dua tiga kali sampai faham ape issue yg nak diketengahkan… and then choose the right and current references within 5 years especially if dapat paper yg dah lama kene peram and topic yang dah basi.

3. Please spend extra money for english editing… despite fefeling your english level Oxford… better to get a second opinion about your writing and it will ease the reviewing process.

4. You have to follow the ethic of publication… when is the paper registered and who is the authors included in the paper based on the ethic clearance registry… besides that,before any data collection of any potential paper to be published in Q1 please register your paper with any international registry too so no one can duplicate your work.

5. Always prepare extra money to pay for the publication fees as it is not cheap man… the rate nowadays between RM 10-13k .. either you use from your own grants money, partial universities subsidies or your own pocket money ( suppose to be shared among the co- authors).

6. Attempt to be a reviewer so that you can be critical on other people works and compare it to your current project… it will help you to understand more and improve your writing skills.

7. You don’t need to have a proper trial then you can start writing … start with a small case report and expand it to a simple review and then a proper article. This will boost your confident level in publishing your work.
