"聆听自己"

我总是跟着自己的感觉走! 今晚的课程虽然讨论 "海底轮"，但是更多时候引导学员们如何聆听自己。

刚开始，我引导他们如何感受自己的 "海底轮"。他们都很棒! 他们都感受到"海底轮" 的能量。有一位学员感受到有股能量从 "海底轮" 冲到 "顶轮"。有位学员感受到能量从 "海底轮" 从到 "太阳轮" ，卡着了 。。

我跟学员们分享他们的卡点是什么。接着再次引导他们。

其中一位学员他进入无念头空间，感受到脉轮在不同位置的跳动，甚至第三眼看到许多佛菩萨! 这是他修行几十年以来不曾拥有的经历!

身为导师，看到学员们的进步，真的很开心! 感恩!
