I recently co-led a 60-minute “Stretching Right” session with 200+ participants at .life —focusing on movement as a tool for clarity, posture, and productivity.

In just a few mindful minutes, we can shift our energy, reduce tension, and reconnect with our bodies—even during busy workdays.

Look what just arrived in the mail!
I’m flipping through NADI – National Diabetes Institute’s magazine and… surprise! A 3-page feature I wrote on living a healthy, active lifestyle made it in!

Honestly, I submitted this article months ago and nearly forgot about it—until a follow-up email reminded me. What a nice surprise.

It’s a small piece, but I hope it encourages more Malaysians to move more, eat better, and take small steps toward a healthier life. So proud to contribute to NADI’s mission in creating more awareness around diabetes prevention.

Grateful for the opportunity to conduct an online session with 50 professionals from the insurance sector.

We spoke about simple, practical ways to stay active—even with busy schedules. From gentle desk stretches to setting small fitness goals, it was a reminder that taking care of our health doesn’t have to be complicated.

Thank you to everyone who joined in, shared, and participated. I’m reminded again that small steps can lead to meaningful shifts—in our energy, focus, and overall well-being.
