This 😴Sleep Skills group counselling 😴will help you share your experiences with others who are possibly experiencing the same thing, but if that’s not the case, this is the opportunity to learn! 🥰 With six (6) sessions of the 😴Sleep Skills group counselling, we’ll explore sleep knowledge, effective coping skills to have less anxiety and stress and enables better-quality sleep for longer periods

😴Remember that sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, healthy sleep helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly.
