Grateful to have attended the Fuji Retina Meeting 2026, where every discussion, every case shared, and every conversation pushed the boundaries of how we understand and manage retinal disease.

These meetings are more than just conferences.
They are where we challenge our current practices, refine our surgical thinking, and stay aligned with the latest evidence and innovations.

What an honor to lead the team that performed Malaysia’s first NPB Macula Buckle procedure. This is a huge step forward for treating myopia-related complications, and I'm so proud of what we accomplished.
This success is a testament to the dedication of my team and the unwavering support from our colleagues. I'd also like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Barbara Parolini for her invaluable expertise and for being so instrumental in this procedure's design.

OasisEye Specialists is proud to announce a significant advancement in the treatment of high myopia-related complications in Malaysia. Our team has successfully performed the first-ever NPB Macula Buckle procedure in the country for a patient with Myopic Traction Maculopathy.

This milestone was achieved by our team, led by our very own Dr. Wilson Wong Jun Jie

The NPB buckle is a highly specialized device, and its use in Malaysia is a leap forward in patient care. The technique has been perfected by Dr. Barbara Parolini, the world's foremost thought leader and most experienced surgeon in this area, who was also instrumental in the buckle's design.

Bringing this exact procedure to Malaysia reflects our group's unwavering commitment to adopting the most advanced, evidence-based treatments for our patients. This success is a testament to the dedication of our entire surgical and support staff.
