If you’re dealing with back pain, the goal isn’t just to move…
It’s to move correctly 🙏

Here’s a guided Pilates sequence to support recovery
📌 Always with instructor supervision:

Exercise 1: Reformer – Midback Series (with Stability Cushion)
🔹 2 sets × 10 reps
• Activates deep core muscles while stabilising the legs and torso on a moving surface
• Cushion provides feedback to engage obliques and maintain an imprinted spine
• Focus on ribcage stability and inner thigh connection

Exercise 2: Reformer – Knee Lift
🔹 2 sets × 10 reps (hold 1–3 seconds)
• Challenges core strength in an anti-gravity position
• Keep the carriage still — avoid unnecessary movement
• Maintain isometric control in the trunk and hip flexors

Exercise 3: Matwork – Obliques Roll Back
🔹 2 sets × 10 reps (alternating)
• Targets oblique muscles for rotational control
• Use props if hips or lower back feel tight
• Keep a slight lower back flexion as you roll and twist

The right exercises don’t just reduce pain, they restore support, control, and function.
