很多人发现血糖升高后去看医生,西医往往让你做一系列检查,一次花费不少,做完后各项指标看似无明显异常,便诊断为 “糖尿病”,接着让你开始长期服药控制血糖。然而,很多患者即便按时服药,血糖依然难以稳定在理想状态。
——
真相是:糖尿病并非单纯的血糖数值问题,它只是身体内部出现问题的一个外在表现。血糖升高是身体的五脏六腑功能失调、气血运行不畅等内在因素的体现。
——
糖尿病的形成不能只看血糖的表面数值,其根源在于人体的整体机能出现了较为严重的紊乱与失衡状态。所以患者不能单纯把原因归结为高糖饮食、运动量少这些表面因素,就算刻意控制饮食、增加运动,血糖该高的还是会高。想要真正稳定血糖,还得从体内根本出发解决。
——
诱发糖尿病的主要因素有 “2 大火” 和 “2 大虚”:
——
第一火:肺火 从中医角度分析,糖尿病常与体内的脏腑失调有关,其中肺火旺盛与糖尿病关系密切。肺主气,司呼吸,若外感燥热之邪或嗜食辛辣,易导致肺火炽盛。肺火灼伤肺阴,影响津液的输布,使得血糖升高。患者可能出现口渴多饮、咽干口燥、干咳无痰等不适症状。
——
第二火:胃火 胃主受纳腐熟水谷,若饮食不节,过食辛辣、肥甘厚味,易导致胃火炽盛。胃火过旺会消谷善饥,同时影响脾胃的运化功能,使体内痰湿内生,进一步影响血糖的调节。患者可能伴有多食易饥、口臭、牙龈肿痛等症状。
——
第一虚:肾阴亏虚 肾阴亏虚型糖尿病,患者除血糖升高外,常伴有腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、尿频量多、尿甜等症状。肾为先天之本,主藏精,若肾阴亏虚,肾失封藏,精微下泄,就会导致血糖升高。
——
第二虚:气阴两虚 气阴两虚型糖尿病,患者常自觉神疲乏力、气短懒言、口渴多饮、咽干口燥、形体消瘦。气能生津,津能载气,气阴两虚,无法正常濡养脏腑经络,就会引起血糖的异常波动。
