During pregnancy and childbirth, a woman's body undergo varying degree of changes resulting from pregnancy and labour causing their bodies to become weak. Some examples are pelvic floor disorders, diastasis recti, stretch marks, sagging skin, pigmentation disorders, postpartum hair loss, edema (fluid retention), sore muscles, etc. These are some problems to name a few that postpartum mothers will encounter.
