The Reformer I program is the first level of Power Pilates reformer training. Each subsequent reformer program builds upon the information learned during this course. During this weekend you will learn to teach beginner level reformer exercises, include the mat exercises learned from Core Mat 1 on the reformer, and utilize Power Pilates teaching tools, philosophy, and teaching formula. Reformer I is required to progress to Reformer II. Students may also choose to enroll in the Full Comprehensive program at a discounted tuition upon completion of this program.

UPON SUCCESSFUL COURSE COMPLETION
✅ You will receive a certificate recognizing your successful completion of all the prescribed education material.
✅ You will be internationally recognized as a Beginner Reformer Pilates Teacher

Body in Common is a fitness, wellness, Pilates, and physiotherapy studio that draws its roots from the highest quality of training available. Having spent over a decade training and working in Australia as a registered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, I'm here to bring back to the local community. Whether you're an expat or a local; old or young, there is a programme that is right for your body and schedule.

Body in Common runs both clinical classes and fitness classes. Fitness classes are for people with few issues that would like to increase their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. The clinical side is focused on working with clients who have specific issues, such as pain, injuries, or health conditions. One size doesn't fit all, and we work with you to make sure you get the most out of your experience.
