Retirement is a new chapter, one where how you move matters more than ever. Staying active isn’t just about fitness; it’s key to maintaining your independence, energy, and joy.

🔹 Research has shown that just 150 minutes of moderate activity a week can reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and even cognitive decline which can result in conditions like Alzheimer’s.

🔹 Movement can help strengthen muscles, support joints, and improve balance, helping you reduce the risk of falls and keeping you living life on your terms. Like with many of our clients at Body In Common, our instructors use gentle, guided Pilates exercises that are safe and effective to help you feel good, no matter your starting point.
