Grateful for the successful completion of another River Retreat. ❤️ To pay it forward, once a year I offer a Learning Retreat at a heavily Subsidized price to enable those who truly wish to attend our retreats at a lower price point. In a learning retreat, participants are guided to learn in an intensive weekend to identify the energetic fields around themselves and go deeper within themselves to reach that wide expansion of the peace and calm that is their birth right.
One thing is for sure. It isn't for the faint hearted because participants broke down their walls of defense and removed the blocks. It took all they got to get down to the bottom of the well and face all the suppressed memories of the past and broke the 'norm' and shift their energy instantaneously.

At the end of the retreat everyone glowed and felt lighter. It's truly magical to witness their transformation.

Facilitating each retreat brings me closer and closer to myself, as I remember my why, to provide relief to those who are ready to shift their pain and discomfort, lay down their burdens and shift into deeper calm, joy and clarity in their mind as they open their hearts even more, to find peace within and all around.

You don't need any experience in energy healing to join E-Healing Course.

*I am already practicing Energy Healing (example Reiki, Pranic Healing, etc), does E-Healing complement these practices?*
E-Healing is gentle, and has been proven to be complementary to existing energy healing practitioners of other modalities.

*I am concerned about being vulnerable to energy leakage and psychic attacks if I open myself up to energy healing. How can I be assured I will be safe?*
In the first level, which is this course, we already cover the fundamentals of energy, conservation of energy and the basic principles of energy healing which includes the guide to protect yourself and those around you. Hi My Name is Suee Tiong.

I am a retreat facilitator and the founder of E-Healing Pain Relief Energy Healing method which I teach to those who wish to heal themselves and provide relief to themselves and their loved ones, family and friends.

There are two events coming up.

18 May - 5.30pm-7.30pm
Group Session
Heart Meditation with Suee and Tools for Self healing
Bring your own Yoga Mat and cushion to sit comfortably. There won't be rigorous movements, just gentle movements and guided meditation to gain greater clarity as you tap into the peace within your heart.
There will be a sound bath healing at the end of each group session.

There will be a short hike up to the river where the powerful portal is on Day 2.We will be in the water for 60 minutes max.

It is so dangerous to buy into the fear driven ads.
Just this morning I was served several ads that attempted to make me feel I am not a good mother calling it many names like toxic mother, emotionally unstable etc.
I most certainly didn't type those terms but just shared one video last night regarding mother wound from IG.

It is time to reduce the noises outside of us and look within us and deal with the voices inside of us. And then, once dealt with, the true inner voice that's ever so soft shall be amplified and we finally can head our true voice, our heart's truth.

Call it as it is, what's within us, without guilt, shame of blame.

Tune into our heart's truth as much as possible.
