Q: What is or who are WellnessXperts? A: WellnessXperts is the official sponsor and organizer of The Singapore Fit Challenge. WellnessXperts is a dedicated group of coaches that have come together to develop a support system that gets people amazing results that they would not normally achieve otherwise by combining the “Power of 3” to get 100% results. You see the MAXIMUM results for the time and effort you invest into your body! We believe in keeping health and fitness FUN, SIMPLE, and the results are magical! WE ARE NOT a gym… WE ARE NOT a weight loss center… WE DO NOT require membership or contracts. Our only requirement is that you are serious about looking and feeling your best. Wellnesxperts also has different programs such as Project Me and a Weekend Community fit club. Q: Is this a personal training program or will I have a “personal trainer”? A: WellnessXperts is not a gym but rather a complete lifestyle program put together by a group of coaches, to give you results that you would not normally see by going to the gym or engaging a personal trainer. All Fit Club Activities are held in a group setting and you will have a personal coach that will help guide you in getting “100% results”. PARTICIPATION:
Q: Can I participate in the Challenge even if I have injuries or physical limitations? A: Yes everyone is welcome to join. We ask however that you notify your personal coach and the person leading the activity of your condition. We will always encourage you to push yourself but to know your limitations and to feel free to step out or rest during an activity if needed.

After having a baby, the mirror hits differently.

You don’t recognize your body.

Two things most postpartum women get wrong (and it’s not your fault):

1️⃣ Eating less instead of eating better
Your body needs protein, fibre, and balanced meals to calm hormones ,not restriction.

2️⃣ Training at the wrong time
Late-night or overly intense workouts spike stress.
Short, structured workouts earlier in the day work better for postpartum fat loss.

This is exactly what I focus on inside my transformation program ,nutrition, realistic training, and support that fits motherhood.

I know how it feels to gain weight even when you’re trying your best.

Stop Blaming the GYM and your workouts!

I see so many women working HARD every single week.
They show up to the gym.
They sweat.
They lift.
They do their best.

But nothing changes.
And they get frustrated because they think effort = results.

But here’s the brutal truth:
You can’t out-train a chaotic diet.
You can’t out-lift inconsistent habits.
You can’t out-cardio hormonal imbalance.

Your Actions Don’t Match Your Goals.

You keep saying you want to change.
You keep saying you want confidence, energy, and a healthier body…

And listen , I’m not calling you out to embarrass you.
I’m calling you out because I was you.

I said I wanted better…
but I wasn’t doing anything that supported that version of me.
I complained.
I avoided mirrors.
I used “I’m busy,” “I’m tired,” and “I’ll start next week” like a script.

But here’s the truth no one wants to admit:
It’s not that you can’t change.
It’s that you’ve become comfortable in a lifestyle that doesn’t make you happy.

You’ve normalized low energy.
You’ve normalized eating on the go.
You’ve normalized feeling uncomfortable in your own skin.
You’ve normalized putting yourself last.
