We’re Hiring: Biomedical Technician

IBS Medic is looking for a Biomedical Technician to join our team and support medical technology, clinical solutions, and healthcare professionals across Malaysia.

📃You will be involved in:
- Testing, cleaning, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing medical equipment
- Supporting equipment such as bronchoscopes, ENT endoscopes, cystoscopes, ureteroscopes, and single-use endoscopes
- Providing technical support during operating theatre cases
- Working with the marketing team for product launches, workshops, roadshows, and sales leads
- Managing hospital and specialist centre enquiries
- Updating daily sales and activity reports

📚Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical / related field
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills with customers and internal teams
- Driving licence is an added advantage
- Internship students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Continuous learning remains an important part of strengthening patient care — especially through meaningful knowledge exchange between General Practitioners and specialists.

IBS Medic is pleased to have supported the recent Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programme organised by PUTRA SPECIALIST HOSPITAL (BATU PAHAT) SDN BHD.

The session brought together healthcare professionals for practical discussions on key clinical areas, including:

• Obesity management
• Prostate and stone diseases
• Acute abdomen approach

It was encouraging to see active participation and valuable conversations focused on improving early diagnosis, referral pathways, and real-world clinical decision-making.

At IBS Medic, we believe healthcare advancement is not only driven by technology, but also by education, collaboration, and continuous engagement with the medical community.
