I've seen many runners experience discomfort or pain on their foot, knee or ankles after running for a period of time despite putting on shoes with the latest design or "cutting edge technology" that is said to prevent pain.

Personally I've been a fan of Vibram barefoot footwear, where our feet are protected by a piece of runner, and while running, its as good as running barefoot.

Many of my clients asked - won't this damage your knee/foot/ankles in the long run?

Answer is Not likely if i keep to my good running techniques.
