Mental Health Awareness Month 2026 highlights the importance of mental health, emotional well-being, and self-care, while encouraging open conversations and reducing stigma around seeking support.

At Minds in Bloom Psychology Services, we are offering special awareness month rates:

Control often feels like safety but research shows it’s usually rooted in fear. When we’re anxious, we try to control our thoughts, emotions, or situations to reduce that fear… but it often backfires.

Acceptance isn’t giving up, it’s choosing peace over the illusion of control. 🌿

It can be helpful to notice the day without holding onto it, allowing it to pass like the sun during sunsets.
