“老师说他上课又忘记带书、又坐不住。”
那一刻，你的心是不是很担心孩子的专注力呢？
其实，这样的行为，可能不是叛逆，而是大脑在发出求救讯号—ADHD。

ADHD（注意力不足过动症）是一种脑部发育差异，在马来西亚每 20 个孩子就有1个受影响。
但你知道吗？

👉 最新研究发现，维生素 D 缺乏也可能与 ADHD 症状有关。维生素 D 参与脑部神经发育，缺乏时可能影响专注力与行为调节。

Q1️⃣ “ADHD 是不是吃糖太多？”
❌ 不是。糖分不会造成 ADHD，但高糖饮食会让能量波动更大。

Q2️⃣ “ADHD 吃药会上瘾吗？”
✅ 不会。合适剂量的中枢兴奋剂能改善学习与情绪。

孕妇还是哺乳期能不能喝咖啡？
对宝宝有什么影响吗？
哺乳期喝咖啡，母乳会不会变拿铁? 😝

1. “怀孕了是不是一定要戒咖啡？”
✅ 不需要哦！只要控制在每天 200mg 咖啡因以下（大约一到两杯普通咖啡）就可以了。
⚠️ 但要小心：茶、可乐、巧克力也含咖啡因，要一起算哦！
🚨 孕期若摄入过多咖啡因（>200mg/天）(>2杯)，可能增加流产、早产或胎儿体重偏低的风险。

🧠 因为咖啡因能穿过胎盘，使胎儿代谢慢，累积量高就会造成刺激。

2. “哺乳期又能喝吗？”
✅ 妈妈喝下的咖啡因中约有不到1%会进入母乳，多数宝宝能代谢掉，不会造成明显影响。

⚠️ 但若宝宝出现：
❗ 睡眠浅、易醒、烦躁不安 → 可暂时停喝几天观察。

✅ 聪明喝法：
1. 建议喂奶后再喝咖啡，让体内咖啡因在下次哺乳前浓度减少。
2. 下午改喝脱咖啡因或温牛奶，减少睡眠干扰。
3. 记得：茶、巧克力、汽水也含咖啡因，要一并计算。

3. "哺乳期喝咖啡，母乳会不会变拿铁?"
哈哈～这个问题我听过不止一次啦！
每次都忍不住笑着回答：
👉 放心，你的母乳不会变咖啡味，更不会变成拿铁！ 只是母乳气味可能略有变化，因为咖啡香主要来自烘焙香气分子，不是咖啡因。😆

研究发现，妈妈吃的食物中某些挥发性分子（volatile compounds）会进入母乳，
让母乳带有轻微风味。

举例：
🔹️吃蒜头、咖喱、香料类 → 母乳可能会带有淡淡的气味。
️🔹️吃香草、水果 → 味道会更甜。

✔️ 怀孕期：每日 ≤200mg
✔️ 哺乳期：每日 ≤300mg
✔️ 高血压、早产史、焦虑体质 → 请先咨询医生或药剂师。

Yes, family history can raise your risk,
but it also gives you the power to act early. 💗

📊 About 1 in 10 women with breast cancer have a close female relative
(mother, sister, or daughter) who also had it.

➡ One relative = about 2× higher risk
➡ Two relatives = up to 4× higher risk
➡ Some cases are linked to genes like BRCA1 or BRCA2

💡 Fact:
Having a family history doesn’t mean you’ll get cancer —
it means you should start your checks earlier (from age 25–30 if needed).

If breast cancer runs in your family,
talk to your pharmacist or doctor about early screening and genetic testing.

🌡️ Every dose Matters: Safe Fever Dosing for Little Ones

When a child has a fever, every parent wants relief fast. But did you know that giving “a little more” or “a little less” medicine can make a big difference?

As pharmacists, we don’t just dispense, we calculate, double-check, and protect. Because every mg, every mL, every dose matters. 💛

Example (Paracetamol):

✅ 15 mg/kg per dose
💧 Every 6 hours if fever persists
⚠️ Never exceed 4 doses in 24 hours

For a 12 kg child:
👉 12 × 15 mg = 180 mg per dose ≈ 3.6 mL (if syrup = 250 mg/5 mL)(Max.10ml/dose/kg for paeds).

Pharmacy practice isn’t just science, it’s safety in action.
