Hip Mobility: Why is it important? 🎉
Before we dive into deep hip stretches, we should focus on hip mobility first. Why is it important to move our joints before stretching out the muscles? Well, imagine a frozen rubber band just removed from the freezer, what happens if you stretch it out straight away? Sounds painful, isn’t it? Instead, we roll the band around and rotate the band until it’s thawed enough to stretch!
Now, let’s apply that to our hips! To prevent overstretched muscles, try applying movement, then strength and flexibility will follow ❤️
