This is exactly the direction mental health support needs to move in.

As a medical doctor and risk behaviour strategist, I strongly believe that early intervention, behavioural pattern detection, and culturally grounded AI are the future of mental health — especially for populations who are reluctant to seek face-to-face help.

What excites me most is the use of data to translate subjective human emotions into actionable insights.

In my own work, I see the same unmet need in high-risk decision environments like trading, where stress, fear, overconfidence, and burnout silently shape outcomes long before people ask for help.

Thrilled to share that I’ve earned my Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional (ABFP) certification!

This milestone deepens my understanding of how emotions, biases, and stress drive decision-making — especially in trading, investing, and other high-stakes environments.

In my work with traders, professionals, and decision-makers, I’ve seen how intelligence alone isn’t enough — emotional regulation and behavioural awareness are what separate sustainable success from self-sabotage.

With this new certification, I’m even more committed to helping individuals build structure, resilience, and clarity — so they can perform at their best without being consumed by the risks they face.
