For example, stress can be experienced and perceived in a positive manner, such as when it helps you to avoid danger or meet a deadline. But when stress lasts for a long time, it may harm your health and it will be seen and felt in a negative state.

Stress is how we respond to people and situations when we feel under pressure or threatened. It usually occurs when we are in a situation that we do not feel we can handle or control 🙁

For instance, a small amount of stress can help us accomplish work tasks or university assignments, and it makes us feel more energized. Inadequate rest is linked to mental health issues such as depression and anxiety?

During our busy season in life, we tend to utilise our time and energy to fulfil our tasks, goals and daily responsibilities as a family member, friend, student, colleague, etc., and never taking the time to fill our own cup, which will cause us to have lack of compassion within ourselves 😰

We do feel guilty at times when we think that giving ourselves time to rest is considered selfish when others are in need of our help and company. Yes, we do tie our worth to give and serve others to the extent of exceeding our emotional and mental capacity, and also becoming physically ill 🤒

Individuals do come across experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues, and each mental health disorder has its own challenges to overcome. Due to mental health stigma, individuals feel hesitant to seek help as they are afraid of being labeled and still choose to continue struggling in silence. It is common to hear from a lot of individuals reaching out and said ‘we are not crazy’, ‘we are in pain’, or ‘we are tired’, and it is a constant battle they have to face every single day and it is unbearable 😔

Let’s use a bear as a metaphor to create and maintain positive changes in mental health. The strength of a bear can signify as courage, resilience, and the power of inner strength to overcome daily struggles in life 🐻

Here are some examples of utilizing the strength of a bear to navigate the challenges:-
🌷Be powerful and unwavering to face mental health challenges, knowing that individuals do have the capacity to overcome
🌷Facing difficulties by having the courage to seek help and work towards recovery

Hearing about Synochok’s story is really heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. Knowing that Synochok bear had endured suffering and poor mental health while being in the circus for 9 years, and we are glad .savewildfund has rescued Synochok!

Not only human beings suffered from mental health issues, animals too will suffer from mental health issues. We are glad and happy for Synochok as he is able to live his life as a normal bear would be, and seeing him putting a huge smile on his face shows a big difference compared to when he was in the circus looking scared and unhappy.

We want to share this story to everyone and spread the awareness of mental health and well-being in animals. Love Synochok bear and hope he is experiencing love and peace everyday ❤️🐻
