We have a client telling us “I really want to go outdoor exercising although the weather is really hot 🥵!”
In fact, it was 33’c out there!
My answer is first of all, you need to how to take care of yourself during the exercises. If your body temperature regulation system is overtaxed, you are at high risk of developing heat-related illness (which we will discuss in next post).
When the environment is hot, the usual, “easy” exercise may become a huge physical undertaking and intense exercise can be deadly. In that case, the drawbacks will be greater than the benefits brought by exercising!
