Gentle Yoga is a great choice for Beginners who doubt they are not flexible or fit enough to do yoga. Gentle Yoga can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age and physical condition.
Gentle yoga is performed at slower pace with less intense positions, including yogic breath work and relaxation.
Modification of yoga poses can always be done to help people of all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk of injuries.
