In conjunction with the Safety and Health Conference 2020: “Urbanising a Safer Future” held at Setia SPICE Convention Centre, a talk was conducted by Dr Meesha Renuga Genisan, Occupational Health Doctor (ODH), addressing “Medical Surveillance in Occupational Health” followed by a Q&A session.

An Occupational Noise Talk on the new Noise Act 2019 was organised by Ergocare Occupational Health Consultancy. The talk was conducted at IOI Oleochemicals in conjunction with their safety week to discuss the approach to identify excessive noise and definitions, NEL, audiometry testing and proper PPE usage.

2nd MSOHD updates: Occupational Noise and Audiometry Workshop for occupational health doctors was held at Eastin Hotel on 7th December 2019. Dr. Denesh Durairaj as the invited guest speaker shared on practical aspects of audiometry report interpretation based on the new OSHA 1994 Noise Act 2019.

We had hands on session to familiarise OHD on audiometer and its function during the afternoon practical session. We would like to thank MSOHD for choosing Ergocare Occupational Health Consultancy as workshop partner.
