平时很多人都说，我们这一行的人总是很严肃，很少笑。那是因为在殡葬礼仪的工作中，我们必须守住一份庄重与尊严，陪伴每一个家庭走过最不容易的时刻。

但今晚不一样。难得的团圆聚餐，既是年尾的尾牙，也是一次短暂的放松；是感谢过去一年的付出，也是欢送一位即将回国三个月的同事。在忙碌的日常里，能够坐下来一起吃饭、聊天、笑一笑，对我们来说格外珍贵。

这个团队很奥妙。来自不同背景、不同年龄层、不同文化的大家，因为同一份使命走在一起。一路上有欢笑、有汗水，也难免有疲惫和埋怨，但更多的是彼此的包容、理解与扶持。正因为这样，我们才能一次又一次把事情做好，把每一份责任完成。

我们始终相信：一个人走得快，一群人走得远。

新的一年，感谢每一位并肩作战的伙伴。公司最珍贵的，从来不是成绩，而是每一位愿意一起前行的人。

Many people often say that those of us in this profession always look serious and rarely smile. This is because in funeral service work, we must uphold dignity and respect, accompanying families through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

But tonight is different. This rare gathering is not only our year-end dinner, but also a moment to pause and relax. It is a time to appreciate everyone’s hard work throughout the past year, and at the same time to bid farewell to a colleague who will be returning to his home country for three months. In the midst of our busy routines, being able to sit together, share a meal, chat, and laugh is truly something precious to us.

This team is truly special. People from different backgrounds, age groups, and cultures have come together because of a shared mission. Along the journey, there have been laughter, sweat, and at times fatigue and frustrations, but more importantly, there has always been mutual understanding, acceptance, and support. Because of this, we are able to continue doing our work well and fulfilling every responsibility entrusted to us.

We have always believed that one person can walk fast, but a team can walk far.

As we welcome the new year, we are grateful for every teammate who walks this journey together. The most valuable asset of our company has never been achievements, but the people who are willing to move forward together.
