Business Closure Announcement
As the year 2025 comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to inform our valued customers and business partners that we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our business at our Kota Laksamana outlet.
This decision was not taken lightly. After careful consideration of various factors
—including company support, business partnerships, and overall sustainability
—we believe that it is better to pause, reflect, and “wake up” early rather than continue down a path that may eventually head south instead of north.
That said, the journey has been truly priceless. From navigating government procedures, serving customers from all walks of life, addressing doubts and questions about product authenticity, to facing challenges and skepticism
—we experienced it all. Each experience has contributed to our growth and learning.
We are proud to share that within this period, we successfully introduced our healthcare cabin to 68 new customers, just short of our year-end target of 100. This also led to multiple package sign-ups, which we deeply appreciate.
As we wrap up the year, we would like to express our heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported us and believed in our vision.
