Anger is often categorized as an emotional response to a perceived threat, injustice, or frustration. It can manifest in various ways, such as irritability, frustration, or rage. Anger is considered a normal emotional reaction, but when it becomes intense, frequent, or uncontrollable, it may be associated with mental health conditions like Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED) or other mood disorders.
