*OPEN VACANCY CLINIC ASSISTANT/BEAUTICIAN (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)*
📍Allea Clinic Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
The requirements are as follows:
*REQUIREMENT*
1. English/BM speaking candidates - other language skill is a bonus, minimum SPM, computer
literate.
2. Excellent customer service etiquette and sale oriented
3. Passionate, honest and outgoing personality!
4. Willing to learn, but experience in the medical/beauty field is a bonus.
5. Skills on basic editing apps are prioritized (Canva, CapCut etc)
6. Discipline and commited
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. Report to Clinic Manager or Director
2. Provide receptionist duties at front counter
3. Apply patient care and excellent customer service
4. Prepare and dispense medication
5. Assist doctors during consultation and aesthetic procedures
6. Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into clinic management software
7. Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
8. Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the management (e.g marketing, promotional campaign on social media)
