A meaningful day at Tok Bali Supply Base (TBSB) as we welcomed the Hess Management Team for an official visit.

During the session, we had the opportunity to engage in productive discussions on the upcoming campaign, focusing on preparation, readiness, and continuous improvement to ensure safe and efficient offshore operations.

What made today even more special was the celebration of a remarkable milestone: 𝟭𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝘆 (𝗟𝗧𝗜) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺. This achievement, consistently maintained since 2015, is more than just a number. It reflects the team’s unwavering commitment to safety, disciplined ex*****on, and a strong culture of accountability.

Achieving and sustaining such an impeccable record in a high-risk, fast-paced environment is no small feat. Congratulations to the entire Hess Tok Bali Shorebase Team. Your dedication and consistency set a high benchmark for operational excellence in the industry.

To end the day on a high note, a friendly badminton tournament, Piala Dato’ Zhiyong, took place last night between TBSB and Hess. The match was filled with energy, laughter and great sportsmanship. Kudos to Team TBSB for bringing home the win.

Pada 25 September 2025, Tok Bali Supply Base (TBSB) menerima kunjungan hormat daripada Jawatankuasa Kecil Pemeriksaan Keselamatan (JKPK) Sasaran Penting Negeri Kelantan, diketuai oleh Puan Sabariah binti Saudi, Pengarah Keselamatan Negeri Kelantan.

Kunjungan ini adalah sebahagian daripada usaha berterusan pihak berkuasa untuk memastikan tahap keselamatan di lokasi strategik negara sentiasa berada pada tahap terbaik.

Sepanjang sesi, TBSB telah berkongsi:

Pada 24 September 2025, Tok Bali Supply Base (TBSB) dengan kerjasama Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia (JKDM) telah menganjurkan sesi 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗸𝗮𝗶 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻 (𝗦𝗦𝗧) yang bertujuan memperkukuh kefahaman terhadap pematuhan SST berkaitan operasi logistik dan pangkalan bekalan.

Taklimat disampaikan oleh Puan Aida binti Abdullah, Penolong Kanan Pengarah Kastam II, dan turut dihadiri oleh delegasi kastam yang diketuai oleh Tuan Arman Sabri bin Ahmad Anuar, Penolong Kanan Pengarah Kastam I, bersama pegawai-pegawai JKDM lain.

Sebagai sebahagian daripada program, pihak JKDM turut mengadakan lawatan ke fasiliti operasi TBSB. TBSB merakamkan penghargaan kepada pihak JKDM atas kerjasama dan sokongan dalam menjayakan sesi ini.

Pada 28 Ogos, warga TBSB bersama-sama para pelanggan dan penyewa berganding bahu meraikan Hari Kebangsaan ke-68, sambil turut menyambut pencapaian 1 Million Safe Man-Hours Without LTI.

Sambutan ini menerima sokongan dan penglibatan yang sangat menggalakkan daripada semua pekerja, pelanggan dan penyewa di TBSB. Turut hadir bersama adalah Pengurus Besar TBSB, En. Nur Hasmin Kamarollzaman, yang berkongsi semangat patriotik bersama seluruh komuniti industri di sini.

Perarakan yang diadakan di sekitar kawasan TBSB menjadi simbol kebersamaan dan semangat juang untuk terus maju ke hadapan.

On 26 August, we had the privilege of hosting a courtesy visit from 𝗞𝗜𝗔𝗦 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗞𝗜𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗖), led by its Director, Mr. Ahmad Syakir bin Dato’ Haji Mohd Nassuruddin.

Our General Manager, Mr. Nur Hasmin Kamarollzaman, together with our team, welcomed the delegation and exchanged valuable insights on potential collaborations.

Discussions focused on the wide range of Halal training and certification services offered by KIASHAC, a JAKIM-certified training provider under Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Ismail Petra (KIAS). Their commitment to advancing knowledge and building capacity in the halal ecosystem is truly commendable.

We look forward to exploring future opportunities for partnership and growth in this important sector.

* Controls entrance and vehicle inspection into the company's operating area.
* Conduct regular patrolling in the company building and its surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of company assets.
* Conducts safety checks and other related activities to provide and maintain a safe environment.
* Executes emergency plans as well as preliminary investigations for any breaches in security.
* Assists in the taking of disciplinary action resulting from staff misbehavior or misconduct.
* Responsible to patrol the company perimeter (inclusive of production, warehouse and logistics area) and ensure company assets and workers are safe and in order.
* Report all incidents relating to security matters and suspicious conducts / activities of any employees or visitors to the Management.
* Ensure crime prevention with appropriate measures are being carried out to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
* Es**rt or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection.
* Report any accident or unsafety act to department EHS.

* Candidate must possess min SPM or any equivalent course.
* Min requirement: PULAPOL Certificate
* At least 2 years work experience in Security field.
* Able to speak well in both language (Malay & English)

* Able to work on shifts and overtime including weekend.
* Healthy and fit
