👉🏻 Intermittent sharp or shooting pain and/or dull constant ache in your low back or legs
👉🏻 Pain can spread into the low back, hip, groin, buttock or back of the thigh, but rarely below the knee

FIDN LTD is a registered company in Scotland, United Kingdom developed & founded by Dr Mihir Somaiya & Dave Jenkins with the unique concept of providing Pain Management to the patients using Dry Needles.

Dry Needling involves the insertion of a thin filament needle to stimulate the healing process of soft tissue (Muscle “Trigger Points”, Fascia, Tendons & Ligaments) resulting in pain relief & restoration of healthy physiology.

Research supports that Dry Needling improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, normalizes biochemical & electrical dysfunction of motor end plates & facilitates an accelerated return to active rehabilitation.

The various professional courses are developed by years of research & clinical trials by Dr Mihir Somaiya & Dr Kannabiran Bhojan. Normal Dry Needling is done on Trigger Points but what if there are no Trigger Points? Hence Functional Integrated Dry Needling is a new phenomenon, which is done on not only trigger points but also on tender points to provide soft tissue dysfunction.
