2004: Env management Planning in construction
As Env Officer in land management
2005: Understand lab
2007: Setting ISO 14001 with no NC
Start learning ESH and start my SHO courses
2008: Setting OHSAS 18001 with no NC
2008: Upgrade ISO 9001
2009: Get my TTT from NIOSH personnel
In charge of full ISO and waste management
2012: Certified as an SHO (After 5 years in ESH)
2012: Start Social Compliance in WRAP & CTPAT
2014: CePIETSO (But let go license)
2016: CepSWAM (After 8 years, then took the licence)
2018: Register TTT under HRDF
2018: Proceed with freelancing and a part-time job.
2019: Initial ergonomic
2022: Set up my own company
2023: Advance ergonomic
2025: Cesswi (Still in progress after 8 years in this line)

It's ok to take it later. But experience continually. Learning never stops,

I'm still proceeding with my ISO, including my Cepswam, SHO, and RBA. now. Only let go of the CTPAT cause it is more for the security team. Many are wondering why I took so many. But it is related and aligns with the ESH system. Over the years, I have now come to notice my 21 years of learning progression and achievement. It's a hard time, but the gain is with pain to stand today to who am I.

It's a hard time now, and getting harder

After four weeks, I finally completed my two-page report.

Really rushed, as I need to complete it within a month.

Ergonomics is not only about writing skills, but also about understanding and creating a solution that suits the client, which is the most challenging part, including their budgeting. Many write without even asking or checking with the client, 'Are these able to proceed?'

After so long, my team seek me to join this course. It's been so many years I've been doing this; it's so lazy to take this to the extent that authorities are setting new regulations for those who work in this field to have competency.

It doesn't seem to be a choice but to attend. My first job after coming out of Uni was challenging in new construction, where not many people were interested in the environment.
It is a stepping stone for me as design and development on-site with less guidance. The on-site experience brought me to think a lot.

I hope for the best; I don't fail this test. That doesn't mean my experience will guide me compared to the course. Hope the learning improves my skills more and makes me a better person.

Starting my time as a freelancer for a year, many ask me why not you open your own as a trainer provider.

My time pass is not easy. Cause of them I grew my career and learned more than usual.

No longer take any additional competency cause what I have is enough for me to concentrate.

Blessing. It has been 21 years in my environmental job and safety for 18 years. Nothing more blessing as I pass my time.

Now I have a downline to run my job as it expend

I'm finally going to complete my customer RBA audit from Intel. A considerable number of documents were created. I'm hoping for the best, as the first part already passed, and now the site.

Backing up the record and updating to the RBA requirement with the minimum requirement for a small company for waste management, allowing them to get more business.

However, I'm glad the whole team was cooperative in supporting this effort. I pray for the company's success and continue to support them, as this is my 5th year of doing so.

Sometimes I look into the path I'm going through and the learning curve that lies ahead. There are fall and success,

I am truly grateful for the time I'm going through all the difficulties with less support, discrimination, favouritism culture, and being looked down on. They are the ones who make us successful as we stand today.

Some mention that we are not capable, and today we earn more than the industry's life, learning from various factors, including behaviour. I have learnt from the junior, senior and advisor during the training. They give us an open mindset to think about our weaknesses.

The older we grow, it doesn't mean we are perfect, but we have more experience and can analyse the hazard.
The less support from management allows us to think critically. research and understand the work better.

I'm glad people think I'm not good, which underestimates us. Our knowledge grows over time as we learn from other managers.

We don't have to be managers, showing off our skills and wealth to others; keep a low profile that makes others happy, and we learn from belief in GOD.

So be blessed. What we could do to save and share our knowledge in ESH, and hope to change the culture. This is bigger than anything in our lives. Every day, we manage to change 1 person's life, and making a safer place will be a true gift to all.
