Waste management is very important

Many forget the duties of CEPSWAM

CepSWAM Duties:
A) to guide on the identification
B) to give training to those support and handling waste
C) to guide the waste management labeling in storage
D) to share the guideline of proper waste storage follow to DOE
E) to key in the Eswis and not just push to other
F) to conduct inspection on site
G) to proceed data for waste
H) conduct Env committee meeting
I) ensure the emergency ok for the waste

As we look into this is quite similar to SHO responsibilities guide but does management notice this.

Is very big responsibilities and not just place the name as CEPSWAM to renew license but protect the environment.

Life with a 14 year sho license. 5 years on site learning everything before registering SHO. Today DOSH Officer asking me when I plan to stop my SHO is there any other job.

Yes there is an offer as a consultant. But doing a mini one.

One day I may leave my SHO and hope fully as consultant soon

NO Need to rush as we learning everyday

A simple item could be very hazardous without maintenance, no training for emergency and no signages

A simple maintenance schedule allows the function and ensures no damages.

A simple training allows the emergency response team to know how to handle and know the location

A simple sign allows the team to reach easily.

Don't think about these simple acts as nothing. It could save the team and increase the safety

Finally, pass but honestly need to be hardworking to study.

Learning never ends till we die. The more we read the more we understand but the world is so big, as we grew old we know that we understand the world still little.
