Invitation to Healing Sessions: Group TRE & Individual Access Bars

You are invited to participate in structured sessions designed to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.

Wednesdays 10am-12:30pm
At Bandar Utama Residence BU 11/1A

Group TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)
TRE is a series of evidence-informed exercises developed to activate the body’s natural tremor mechanism. This process helps release deep muscular tension and supports regulation of the nervous system.

Participants often report:
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Improved sleep quality
• Greater physical relaxation
• Increased emotional resilience

Sessions are conducted in a safe, guided group setting.

Individual Access Bars Session
Access Bars is a gentle hands-on relaxation technique involving light touch on specific points on the head. The session aims to facilitate mental clarity, relaxation, and reduction of stress-related thought patterns.

Clients commonly experience:
• Deep relaxation
• Mental clarity
• Reduced mental fatigue
• Improved sense of calm

Both options provide a supportive environment for those seeking practical tools to manage stress and enhance overall balance.

The primary purpose of Ramadan is to strengthen one's relationship with God (Allah) through fasting (sawm), increased prayer, and spiritual reflection, fostering self-discipline, gratitude, and compassion for the less fortunate. It is a month of purification, forgiving sins, and celebrating the revelation of the Quran.

Tension or Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) can be a valuable somatic tool during Ramadan, complementing the month’s focus on spiritual, mental, and physical detoxification. By helping the body release stored, involuntary deep tension, TRE enables individuals to manage the emotional and physical stress that often surfaces when daily routines are disrupted.

Everything you do, you can offer to God in thanks and in gratefulness.

Men & Women Soulmatic Pole back to back embodiment!

With Somatics, my approach in the warm up exercise is still no pain all gain! If it hurts - modify to eliminate the pain, change to what feels better in your body, stretch to stay warmly limber or take a break then come into the next movement. Honor yourself, take your pick and commit to feeling good in your body!

When it moves to pole though - there is pain, it's part of the learning process, but we're just doing this to love and appreciate our bodies efforts to support us even more - so don't push till you hurt, pull back and breathe when you feel the pinch or pain, find the sweet spot where the pleasure of your movement is greater than the pain of learning. Get in your feels. Simplify! If you enjoy the process you'll love the process.
If you enjoy the process you'll love yourself more!

Appreciate you as you are right now. Love yourself deeper. Every part of you are the parts that will take you where you want to go. This is the body that will shape the future that you want. Whatever you may leave behind along the way, is right now right here. Thank you! I appreciate why you needed to show up, as I let go what doesn't belong within me, I let you go with love, appreciation and compassion for what you held for me then to help me get here now.

Accepting this version of me doesn't mean I don't want to be a better version of me... What that version is though is MINE to create and become.

I loved me before... I love me now... I love what I will be! I love all versions of me!

The cutest TRE: Trauma Releasing Exercises session I've had to date was with a parent and their teenager. I invited them to just talk about how they felt without mentioning the person or related event for 3mins each(knowing it was about each other and others). I call it cute because giving them space for honesty also brought out banter, joy and appreciation for each other.

My Mottos in TRE:
1. Come as you are. You are welcomed here just as you are.
2. Trauma Release doesn't always have to be so serious.
3. No pain ALL gain!

I'm not a Counsellor or therapist, this isn't a Counselling session, but if you need Counselling but are resistant to it, this can help open you up.

This method gave them a way to speak as honestly as they wanted to for 3 mins, allowing their bodies to process it out of their system. It also allows them let their bodies help them process how they effect other people respectfully.

They were laughing at the end of it which was a really good sign going back to the Neurogenic Release that their bodies needed without external input.

Laughter when Tremoring that isn't forced but comes naturally helps the body relax and be more comfortable which supports a deeper Release experience.

If you feel safe opening up and finally speaking about your experience during a Tremor, then you're ready to see a Counsellor.

Especially families - that neutral party creates a safe space to help you explore and unlock what you need to bring harmony in your home again.

Then you'll have more tools to help yourself! Use TRE in your self practice to release stuff you aren't ready to deal with as yet, and your Counsellor to help with things you are ready to open up to! The more tools you are equipped with, the better you'll be in going through the challenges. You aren't alone, because you have you! What you can't handle alone, you have your choice of family, friends, religious advisors and support Fascilitators like myself and others in the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health fields to support you!

People are there to help, you just have to ask. There's wisdom in knowing that asking for help when you need is a sign of strength & courage not weakness.

4 hours just went so fast at the Symphony of Selves: Innate Body Works - Valentines Workshop!

It's a Symphony because each of us has our own Innate melody that vibrates from with and beautifully entwines with those around us and we move together uniquely and in unison.

I felt such gratitude to witness each persons vulnerability, being brave enough to be open, curious, and to allow themselves to be seen, held and to find release.

The Feminine and Masculine honored each other. Held space and created a space of safety, comfort and growth for each other!
