Mayi Yoga is a dynamic entity that has evolved many yoga courses and programmes over the many years under the leadership and guidance of Master Manisekaran. Having started yoga practices from a tender age of 12, he’s a walking testimonial that children could benefit tremendously from yoga practices. The Super Yoga Kids programme has since evolved. From weekly Kids Yoga Class, the programme has expanded and made available for toddlers, teenagers, young adults as well as pregnant ladies – each catering to the different human developmental stages accordingly.
