5 Simple Fitness Upgrades You Can Keep✨

Progress gets easier when the plan fits your life—not the other way around. Try these five, keep what sticks, and watch the momentum build:

🗓️ Plan your week in 10 minutes — block 3 short workouts + 2 recovery days; lay out clothes the night before.
🍗🥦 Protein + fiber each meal — aim 20–30 g protein with veggies or high-fiber carbs to stay full and recover well.
⏱️ Control your tempo (3–1–1) — slow the rep for better form, more muscle work, and less joint stress.
🚶 Move more between workouts — aim 7–10k steps or 30–40 min easy movement; 5–10 min post-meal walks help.
🧘 Daily mobility snack (5 min) — 30 s hip-flexor stretch (each side); 45 s thoracic opener; 45 s shoulder circles; repeat ×2 = 5:00. Move slow, breathe, and stop before pain. Pair with coffee/TV.
