The workshop happening this coming Saturday at our Puchong branch 💪🏻

A day in the office besides fixing joint pain. Having a meeting with RD from T**I ULTRA regarding our upcoming workshop in collaboration with STORM RUNNERS 冲风队.

The workshop is happening on 7th Jan 2023 at Apple Physio Rehab - Puchong.

We're gonna talk about:
✅ how to create our own training plan
✅ Nutrition strategy
✅ Running form Analysis by Run Fast Academy
✅ Strength and conditioning etc.
