Create a safe space at home, or at the office (if possible), for you to go to when life gets overwhelming.

A small space where you take a breather from the noise for a quick moment to recalibrate.

I know this helps – even for me.

Wow, 10 years have passed! Now it's January 2026. I came back from Japan with my team for a team building trip recently.

2016 was the year I went to Japan with my mum. There was a lot of bittersweet memories – like I miss her so much. To be able to see and go through the same paths, the same streets I did with her then... and doing the same thing but with my team in 2026 by coincidence, it reminded me of how full this experience was. It feels like a full circle to me.

I'm really grateful and thankful with how life have rewarded me in so many different ways. In the last 10 years – mum passed in the middle of this 10 years – and how I grew and started my journey as a life coach and trainer.

How things have changed so much in these 10 years. How much I have given, how much I've received, and I'm truly grateful and thankful how this journey has turned out so far. I couldn't... didn't imagine it in 10 years, this is how I'm going to live my life.

The team trip was a little dream I had in my 20s. I said,"It would be nice if I ever have company, have a small business, have a little team... It'll be nice if I can bring them for an overseas experience trip". To be able to do so today, I think that's a dream come true for me.

The team experience: how they came together, stepped up and helped each other during the trip. When there is a problem, someone would come in with their expertise, with their talents, with their intelligence to solve the problem. That was amazing to witness. It was a totally different level of team building, I would say.

Overall, I loved the trip. My team enjoyed it. We had multiple types of experiences, and I'm glad they loved it.

Things that happen to you are made for you. It does not happen for no reason.

For example:
💊 Your family is unwell: This is to show you love and closeness with family members.

🧑🏻‍💻 Losing your job shows you the need to uplevel your skill and mindset to be a better contributor. Or this could mean that where you're at was too small of a playing field for your talent.

🤒 You get very ill: This is to show you what self-love and self-care looks like, and that you have long neglected yourself to only serve others.

Think about your life right now. All the pain you went through, you did not go through them in vain. You learnt much from them. Your resilience and strength in overcoming them became your best memories in life.

As a child, I was slow.
I ate slow, walked slow, and did my homework slow.

I was small.
The last in line, often missed. Even the school bus driver didn’t see me.

Worried, my mum would say,
“People won’t wait for you.”
“Faster, or you’ll be left behind.”

So I learned to rush, to overthink, to overcompensate because I feared missing out.

But now I move differently, intentionally, consciously – with trust.
I know what’s meant for me won’t pass me by.

I also acknowledge that I’m a work-in-progress. I am still learning.

✨ This is a reminder that you're not behind. You're right on time.

Pictures can mean a thousand things.

What we see is not the only reality.
What we perceived to be missing is only true for the story we create for ourselves. It often reflects our own reality, our belief system, our trauma.

If you’re comparing, it simply means you want more from life.If you feel something is missing, it simply means you also want this feeling in your life.

Instead of feeling like a piece of you is missing… Why not make time to create those moments and feelings for yourself?

When drastic, shocking events happen, normally our first instinct is to check within ourselves:
"What can I give?"
"What can I cut?"
"What can I sacrifice?"

But what you should be focusing on is not cutting back.

Instead, look at:
How to expand
How to receive more
How to get something
What help is available
Who to ask for assistance

From here, you can overcome situations without sacrificing yourself in the process.

Make this year your year of doing things differently. Comment 💪🏼 if you agree!

I learned synchronicity from one of my mentors. By following the signs, it lead me to a business workshop that suggested me to turn this unconventional skillset into a coaching business.

This led me to develop a tarot framework that is easy to learn and master – so down-to-earth and fail-proof, even if you don’t feel intuitive. A skill once shrouded in mystery now made accessible to anyone.

This is my own unique method, crafted through a decade of experience, research and understanding, studies, personal exploration, and proven results from clients.

Students thank me for giving and I thank them for bringing so much joy in my life through their breakthroughs, growth and expansion in their life and for their loved ones.

These are some of the best gifts that kept me going and continue my life's work.

My work was effective because they gifted their trust in me, my team and my methods.

A new year is coming and I look forward creating more gifts and joy with my students!

My grip on what I have was so tight, I was suffocating myself for fear of losing everything.

The looming failure was so real, it clouds our perception to see the emptiness instead of possibilities. The picture of that failure immediately gives power to ego, to rise on overdrive and protect us from getting hurt.

What shifted for me was:
My acceptance to failure – ego falls. This gives rise to possibilities without losing it all.

I look forward to seeing you in class. Link in my comments.

Most people felt frustrated and blame themselves for not being "normal", or met the expectations from others.

I’ve seen many things in life, and walked through unique experiences of my own. I’ve spoken with people from different backgrounds, mindsets, and stories.

With these experiences, I guide others to see things differently so they, too, can turn their life around to live intentionally and purposefully to recreate a better life for themselves.

Sometimes the next step isn’t about doing more — it’s seeing differently.

Recreate and rebuild your best future with clarity.
