白木耳可滋阴润肠（滋润你一下，给你的内部重要器官不要太火热），又帮你的肌肤滋润滋润。

桂圆可益气补血，让你的血气常常久久，健康长久

百合可润肺止咳，不随随便便，咳个不停，吓跑你的客人

红枣可养血又补血，改善你的血液循环，整天有精神，可以看好你的孩子，盯住你的老公，又管好你的钱财。

枸杞，补补肾，防衰老得太快

大家有空，可以试试，做法简单，所有食材可以根据个人喜好做加减，白木耳先泡水洗干净，其它食材则洗一轮，全部丢进锅里，慢火煮1-2个钟，要食用前，加点冰糖/蔗糖（一点就好，听话）
