Adho Mukha是“脸部朝下”的意思
Shvana,是“犬”的意思

1、消除疲劳
作为休息体式,感受精疲力竭时,这个体式可以消除疲劳,恢复精力,还不能练习头倒立的人可以练习这个体式,躯干得以伸展,使血液更多的输送到脑部,恢复大脑的活力。

2、強化双腿
足部布满了神经,下压低能够调理肾功能和气血的虚热,舒筋活血。现在上班族,每天久坐会导致大腿后侧和臀肌紧张,下犬式能打开腿部后方肌肉,恢复肌肉的弹性。

3、让脊柱更加灵活
“脊柱多灵活,人就有多年轻”,脊柱相当于房子的根基,支撑躯干和保护内脏,下犬式可以温和的帮助你调整脊柱,让脊柱更加灵活,人自然而然更加挺拔。

4、加強手臂的力量
下犬式可以有效的打开双肩,缓解肩胛骨区域的僵硬,手掌按压可以调控脑脉气血功能,紧实双臂的肌肉,矫正驼背等不良体态。

5、打开胸腔
