We endeavour to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations through:

• The Management’s direct involvement and commitment in overall monitoring of the q

uality management system’s performance;

• Appropriate empowerment of the right qualified staff and equipped them with the right resources to strive wholeheartedly to do every job right the first time;

and

• Periodic review of the quality management system to suit the changes in quality expectation from the construction industry. OBJECTIVES

PROJECT
P1) Timely completion of projects by contractual deadline or any approved/agreed extension thereof . P2) Achieve customer’s satisfaction for every project undertaken. P3) To maintain an acceptable level of quality of the executed works as define in customer’s requirements. P4) Compliance with health, safety, security and environmental requirements. CONTRACT
C1) Timely preparation and submission of claims to customer within contract condition. C2) Timely verification of sub-contractor’s interim claims and payments. HUMAN RESOURCE
H1) Ensures all staff is briefed and aware of the organizational structure, operating procedures and quality
management system. H2) Provide an average 2 hours of education and training with quality related functions for all employees annually.
