With the constant bombardment of negativity in the environment, many people are currently stuck with fears doubts and uncertainties. Without being mindful of it, this is negatively impacting their vibes or feelings and that’s why they find their lives spiralling 'down the toilet'. It's the universal law of Law of Attraction - you get more of whatever you give attention, energy and focus to, whether positive or negative. This campaign was inspired by a ‘RESET button’ concept taught by Michael Losier, world renowned author of bestselling book 'Law of Attraction', whereby we are empowered to RESET our vibes from negative to positive hitting an internal RESET button, asking “So, what do I want?”. When we answer that, we are now focused on the way we want things to be thus creating positive vibes. The only way to increase the opportunity of attracting things of the (positive) way we want it to be is to give attention and send the positive vibes of the way we want it to be. We truly believe that when a group of individuals come together to send out positive vibes, a ripple effect is created which will become a wave of positivity, sweeping through our environment. This will result in a more uplifting, empowering and responsible society. So, we invite you to join us on this journey and make this day (and every other day of your life) your ‘RESET My Vibe’ Day…….“SO, WHAT DO YOU WANT?”

🌍 World Mental Health Day Symposium 2025 | Event Summary

In an age increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence and digital acceleration, the World Mental Health Day Symposium 2025 created a much-needed space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what it truly means to be human.

Guided by the theme “AI: The Art of Intelligence in Being Human,” the one-day symposium brought together students, professionals, creatives, educators, healthcare practitioners, and members of the public for meaningful dialogue on mental health, emotional intelligence, and human connection in a technology-driven world.

📊 Key Highlights
• 167 registered | 149 attended
• 130 students | 37 public participants
• 6 keynote speakers from 6 diverse backgrounds
• RM4,701.60 raised through registrations, sponsorships, exhibitors, and donations

The conversations explored emotional intelligence in a digital world, creativity and innovation, community and connection, the future of therapy, and mindful technology use—reminding us that while technology may evolve rapidly, empathy, presence, and human connection remain irreplaceable.
