🔥 Introduction to dendritic cells: it is a monocyte. When dendritic cells mature, they will protrude many dendritic like or pseudopodia like processes, which are similar to the dendrites of neurons. Dendritic cells usually exist in the skin membrane (mucous membrane) in contact with the outside world, such as the skin, the nose of the inner layer, the lung, the stomach and the inner layer of the intestine. Dendritic cells help the body recognize pathogens and initiate specific immune responses by taking, processing and presenting antigens to lymphocytes in lymph nodes and lymph organs

✅ A recent report published in Chinese herbal medicine by Guangzhou UTCM Institute of basic medicine pointed out that dendritic cells from the spleen of mice were cultured with Ganoderma triterpenes and cytokines (GM-CSF + IL-4). The results showed that dendritic cells significantly proliferated, and the effect was better than that of using Ganoderma triterpenes or cytokines alone; If only triterpenes are cultured with dendritic cells, dendritic cells will also proliferate, but the effect is not as obvious as that of using cytohormones alone

✅ Dendritic cells play a very important role in the immune system. They can influence T cells and subsequent immune responses. The above experiments show that Ganoderma triterpenes can directly promote dendritic cells. However, if they can be coordinated through cytohormones, the effect of dendritic cell proliferation will be better.

🔥樹突狀細胞簡介: 是一種單核細胞。樹突狀細胞成熟時會伸出許多樹突樣或偽足樣突起,與神經元的樹突相似。樹突狀細胞通常存在於跟外界接觸的皮膜(黏膜)部位,比如皮膚、內層的鼻子、肺、胃與腸的內層。樹突狀細胞通過攝取、加工處理和遞呈抗原到淋巴結和淋巴器官中的淋巴細胞幫助機體識別病原體,啟動特異性免疫應答

✅廣州UTCM基礎醫學研究所最近一項發表在《中藥材》的報告指出,將取自小鼠脾臟的樹突細胞,與靈芝三萜類和細胞激素(GM-CSF + IL-4)一起培養,結果發現,樹突細胞顯著增殖,其效果比單獨使用靈芝三萜類或細胞激素要來得好;如果只以三萜類與樹突細胞一起培養,樹突細胞也會增殖,只是效果不如單獨使用細胞激素的效果明顯

✅樹突細胞在免疫系統裡扮演相當重要的角色,它會左右T細胞及後續的免疫反應,而上述的實驗告訴我們,靈芝三萜類能直接促進樹突細胞,不過若能透過細胞激素進行協調,樹突細胞增殖的效果會更好。

Relationship between 🔥Li2Co3-induced # testicular toxicity and Ganoderma lucidum protection: Changes in Bax and c-Kit gene expression

✅ Ganoderma has received a lot of attention recently because of its potential medicinal activity. The purpose of this design experiment was to evaluate the beneficial effects of ganoderma extracts on the testicular toxicity and related injuries induced by lithium carbonate in mice.

✅ for this purpose, lithium carbonate is administered at a dose of 30 mg/kg, followed by oral 75, 150 mg/kg Ganoderma lucidum extract for 35 days. The results of Ganoderma lucidum extract analysis were determined by spectrophotometry to contain a large amount of polysaccharides, triterpenes and polyphenols.

✅, DPPH of Ganoderma lucidum extract showed high levels of free radical scavenging activity. IHR cross-section from lithium carbonate treatment group showed significant changes in trachytrin tubes

✅, lithium carbonate induces oxidative stress and produces MDA through lipid peroxidation. In addition, lithium carbonate initiates germ cell apoptosis by increasing Bax expression and reduces germ cell differentiation by downregulating c-Kit expression.
