🔥 Introduction to dendritic cells: it is a monocyte. When dendritic cells mature, they will protrude many dendritic like or pseudopodia like processes, which are similar to the dendrites of neurons. Dendritic cells usually exist in the skin membrane (mucous membrane) in contact with the outside world, such as the skin, the nose of the inner layer, the lung, the stomach and the inner layer of the intestine. Dendritic cells help the body recognize pathogens and initiate specific immune responses by taking, processing and presenting antigens to lymphocytes in lymph nodes and lymph organs
✅ A recent report published in Chinese herbal medicine by Guangzhou UTCM Institute of basic medicine pointed out that dendritic cells from the spleen of mice were cultured with Ganoderma triterpenes and cytokines (GM-CSF + IL-4). The results showed that dendritic cells significantly proliferated, and the effect was better than that of using Ganoderma triterpenes or cytokines alone; If only triterpenes are cultured with dendritic cells, dendritic cells will also proliferate, but the effect is not as obvious as that of using cytohormones alone
✅ Dendritic cells play a very important role in the immune system. They can influence T cells and subsequent immune responses. The above experiments show that Ganoderma triterpenes can directly promote dendritic cells. However, if they can be coordinated through cytohormones, the effect of dendritic cell proliferation will be better.

✅廣州UTCM基礎醫學研究所最近一項發表在《中藥材》的報告指出,將取自小鼠脾臟的樹突細胞,與靈芝三萜類和細胞激素(GM-CSF + IL-4)一起培養,結果發現,樹突細胞顯著增殖,其效果比單獨使用靈芝三萜類或細胞激素要來得好;如果只以三萜類與樹突細胞一起培養,樹突細胞也會增殖,只是效果不如單獨使用細胞激素的效果明顯
✅樹突細胞在免疫系統裡扮演相當重要的角色,它會左右T細胞及後續的免疫反應,而上述的實驗告訴我們,靈芝三萜類能直接促進樹突細胞,不過若能透過細胞激素進行協調,樹突細胞增殖的效果會更好。
