• 左前额叶（专注与工作记忆）
• 右前额叶（情绪调节）

We study the left prefrontal cortex, your focus brain,
and the right prefrontal cortex, your emotional brain.

筛查的目的是了解在不同状态下是否出现脑波失衡，例如：
专注时大脑却昏沉，或休息时大脑过度活跃。

The screening helps identify abnormal brainwave patterns under different brain states, such as drowsy waves during tasks or overactive waves during rest.

Why do we need to understand our brainwaves?
脑电波反映了大脑的功能状态，
包括专注力、情绪调节、压力水平与睡眠质量。
Brainwaves reflect how our brain functions, including attention, emotion regulation, stress level, and sleep quality.
当我们了解自己的脑电波模式，
就能更清楚地看见问题的来源，而不是只看到表面的症状。
By understanding our own brainwave patterns, we can identify the root of our difficulties instead of only treating the symptoms.
这让干预更精准，也更有效。
This allows interventions to be more targeted and effective.
