We begin with a brainwaves initial screening.

我们会观察:
• 左前额叶(专注与工作记忆)
• 右前额叶(情绪调节)

We study the left prefrontal cortex, your focus brain,
and the right prefrontal cortex, your emotional brain.

筛查的目的是了解在不同状态下是否出现脑波失衡,例如:
专注时大脑却昏沉,或休息时大脑过度活跃。

The screening helps identify abnormal brainwave patterns under different brain states, such as drowsy waves during tasks or overactive waves during rest.

脑电波反映了大脑的功能状态,
包括专注力、情绪调节、压力水平与睡眠质量。
Brainwaves reflect how our brain functions, including attention, emotion regulation, stress level, and sleep quality.
当我们了解自己的脑电波模式,
就能更清楚地看见问题的来源,而不是只看到表面的症状。
By understanding our own brainwave patterns, we can identify the root of our difficulties instead of only treating the symptoms.

After the overwhelming response at the Children’s Well-Being Fair, we’re excited to announce that ThinkWe now has a Melaka Station, open Sunday to Tuesday !

A big thank you to Ten Toes Academy and Persatuan dan Kebajikan & Pendidikan Kanak-kanak Malaysia for the warm invitation. It was such a joy to be part of the fair, sharing knowledge about the brain, psychology, and how our mind works, as well as offering brief initial brain health screenings. 🧠

Ever feel overwhelmed just thinking about work or school?

You haven’t even started the task… but suddenly your chest tightens, your thoughts spiral, and your body goes into alert mode, and you start to worry about many things...

Let me share what’s actually happening — it’s not just you.

Every time we face a situation — like a deadline, a project, or an exam — our brain automatically asks two questions very quickly, and these questions can lead us to anxiety.

The good news? We can break the cycle or the pattern. However, we have to start something first. There is one key statement.

《成长从自身开始 》

为什么自我成长是从自身开始呢?当然文字上已经解释了。 我得还没听过由他成长课程,必须他成长过程等。

先从行为的角度出发,行为就是我们每个人的反应模式,就是在应对外在事件的回应 - 说些什么+做些什么。当然从内在观察的话,当外在事件发生的时候 - 我们想些什么+ 感受些什么。这些行为模式往往是在过去一次次应对外在事件中逐渐形成的,而这些模式久而久之就成了“习惯”。

现实生活中,我们经常处在无法主导局势的位置。面对不同的人和环境,有时我们必须妥协、顺从、调整自己。当然我们在某一些情景会拥有一些“特权”,比如身为父母的我们,在孩子面前我们就可以应用这种“特权”,要求孩子融入我们的模式以及习惯里。还有身为老板的我们也当然拥有这些”特权“,可以要求员工一定要怎样怎样等。但是,这些”特权“都有它有效的界限,在这些界限以外它就开始失效了。

当孩子长大的时候,有了自己的想法以及应对模式,我们就开始失去了这个”特权“,就变成了我们要应对孩子不在我们的”预测“的范围里了,那在这个出乎意料的外在事件中,我们就要懂得变通了,也就是伸缩的能力。这种伸缩的能力能够给让你在应对不同的环境情景时,可以做出有效的回应,就好比与孩子的沟通互动,有效的意思则可以是 - 大家有得谈,或许你可以利用你影响力说服,又或者你可以转换另一个方式看那件事(你也可以说是退一步),而这种应对的结果是 - 大家的感情不会因为你们各自的回应而搞到不欢而散。

那么我们的回应是否可以改变?我不知道大家对于”改变“这个字的感觉感受,我记得曾经在一堂课里...
