10-12 July 2024

After almost 4 years going live, doing everything with limited resources and knowledge, we finally had our first ever official training for the crew!
I know it is hard to squeeze some time for this 'side hobby' (quoting Dr Husna), but I guess we are glued and feeling motivated because of each other. Dynamic of the team is important to ensure we can come out with quality content for every episode.

Having said that, we were kind of drifted doing everything based on hunch and depends heavily on En Izral. He speaks computer language and veryyy competent on running the show single handedly. So, we have been piggybacking on him actually for all these years. Thank you En Izral for being awesome and bear with us!

Anyway, finally every stars needed to materialize our first official training alinged! We managed to secure live programmes technical experts from Kolej Professional Mara Seri Iskandar (KPMSI) to share with us their professional experience in handling live stream. Worth every moment!

We would like to thank En Fazlee, En Shahriman, En Kamal dan En Idwan for your time and knowledge. We learnt so much. Although we might not be able to reach to the level of KPMSI's right now, but we promise to upgrade our content little by little, slowly but surely. Let's go IMR-Seameo Live Webinar crew!

Today, we had live engagement with our electron microscopy (EM) experts.
For those of you who don't know, EM is an instrument that will allow you to magnify any objects to the millionth times of its original size!!
This instrument can help you provide the visuals that you could only see reactions or phenomenon through any molecular methods.
EM could be the greater method of validation for you!

Pn Tg Rogayah, the Head of Unit, has enlightened us on the (endless) possibilities for EM applications. You will find something for you. The potential is endless!

Pn Afrina, the very infamous EM expert, is sharing with us on the technical and operational part of EM.

EM unit also brought us behind the scenes, on EM sample preparation. It is something you don't see in regular lab setting.

There are not many EM in Malaysia. For whoever interested in satisfaction of observing a phenomenon in situ, EM can provide you the answer and this webinar might be for you.
