For a while, Motherhood was taught to be a pause in a women’s life. You either have to choose to be a good stay at home Mom who devote their life to kids or a career women which often leads to women being portrayed as a “bad Mom”.

However, that narrative is changing now with the rise of Modern Motherhood. For many Moms who are dreamers, high achievers, or just simply someone who wants more than just being a Mom, Modern Motherhood has shown us that it is possible to reshape how we think, how and what we prioritise and how we define Motherhood itself.

We know there is no such thing as a perfect Mom. No perfect balance but we’re trying and learning as we go. Motherhood and ambition doesn’t sit in opposition but it evolves alongside each other!

theMOMTRIBE is a Momtourage of Modern Mothers walking the same season, navigating Motherhood, chasing dreams, finding balance all while raising our little ones with love and grit!

Thank you to the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development for inviting us to an exclusive evening at Inspirasi Wanita. We are truly honoured to be among the selected 100 Tokoh Wanita recognised by Jabatan Pembangunan Wanita , and to be acknowledged by YB .shukri . It really meant a lot to be in this room, surrounded by these many inspiring women and meaningful conversations.

Honestly, this felt like a quiet full circle moment for us. From building .my, a well-structured Young Moms community from the ground up, to now being recognised at this level, it reminds us that what we’re doing really matters.

This grant and recognition have allowed us to go deeper with our impact, especially in supporting aspiring Mothers who always seek for growth, to regain confidence, pick up new skills, and find their way back into opportunities with more clarity and direction through Momdates.

We’ve seen real stories, real progress, and real shifts within our Mommunity. And for us, that’s the biggest win. This recognition is not just for us, it’s for every Mom who showed up, trusted the process, and chose to grow with us. More impact coming, insyaAllah.
